DONIT® TESNIT®

High quality fibrous sealing material composed of synthetic or mineral fibers, vulcanized rubber fillers and binders. TESNIT® BA-SOFT is a material intended for sealing joints, where screw fixation is provided with a low load. Also used to compensate for uneven flange surfaces. In addition to improved mechanical and thermal properties, it has high compressive strength. The material is intended for mineral oils, fuels, lubricants, cooling systems, steam, air and many others.

DONIT® DONIFLEX®

Flexible sealing material made from graphite, aramid fibers, specially selected fillers and vulcanized rubber binders. This material, with excellent thermal properties and good chemical resistance to various media, is suitable for a wide range of applications.

 

 

DONIFLEX® G-LD is a composite material based on graphite and aramid, produced without the use of organic solvents. The material combines the chemical and thermal resistance of graphite with the strength of aramid. This material with a relatively low density has a high resistance to compression and stress. The material is very flexible, which makes it possible to compensate uneven flanges. The material has a wide range of applications, especially for steam, chemical and heating systems.

DONIFLEX® G-MD is a composite material based on graphite and aramid, produced without the use of organic solvents. The material combines the chemical and thermal resistance of graphite with the strength of aramid. This "medium-density" material has good stress resistance for narrow gaskets. Particularly suitable for steam and hot water supply, as well as for boilers and radiators.

DONIFLEX® G-EM is a composite material based on graphite and aramid, produced without the use of organic solvents. The material is reinforced with a layer of galvanized steel. Even surface pressure distribution on gasket provides excellent thermomechanical properties and very good sealing characteristics. Therefore material is particularly suitable for petrochemicals, high temperature applications, and valves.

DONIFLEX® C is a high density cellulose fiber material, manufactured by the beater addition process under ecological, solvent-free conditions. Excellent strength and very good sealing properties, especially suitable for oils, fuels, cooling systems and water supplies. The material is low-abrasive, which provides convenient cutting, which can significantly reduce production costs.

DONIT® GRAFILIT®

High-grade range of gasket sheets based on expanded graphite, available with different stainless-steel reinforcements. They are suitable for a wide range of applications especially at high operating temperatures, pressures and tightness rate.

 GRAFILIT® SF is a graphite based material with excellent chemical and thermal resistance. Its high creep resistance and high compressibility make it suitable for highly demanding conditions in the chemical and petrochemical industries, gas supply.

GRAFILIT® MultiForce is a high purity graphite foam seal sheet with multiple layers of stainless steel foil. DONIT® MICALIT®

Philosilicate is a very high thermal resistance aluminosilicate material used in exhaust manifolds, burner flanges, gas turbine housings and turbocharger flange seals.

 

 

MICALIT® P contains a high percentage of phlogopite mica flakes, impregnated with a silicone binder and reinforced by a tanged stainless steel insert. It has excellent thermal, good chemical and mechanical properties, making it suitable for high temperature and pressure applications in the automotive and steel industry for exhaust systems, gas turbines, oil and gas burners, furnaces and ovens. It also offers good dielectric and low thermal conductivity properties.

Max. operating temperature: + 950 ° C.

MICALIT® F contains a high percentage of phlogopite mica flakes, impregnated with a silicone binder. It has excellent thermal and good chemical properties, making it suitable for high temperature applications in the automotive and steel industry for exhaust systems, gas turbines, oil and gas burners, furnaces and ovens. It also offers good dielectric and low thermal conductivity properties.

DONIT® DONIFLON®

hHigh quality sealing material based on expanded PTFE and structurally improved fluoroplastic composites with various fillers. The materials have excellent chemical resistance so they can be used with a wide variety of chemicals.

 

 

DONIFLON® 900E is an ePTFE gasket sheet manufactured by hot-expansion of 100% virgin PTFE, with fibrilised isotropic structure. It has outstanding chemical resistance to various media, except molten alkali metals. Its excellent compressibility enables very good adaptability to pressure sensitive connections of ceramic, glass, plastic-lined pipes or uneven flanges. It is recommended for pharmaceutical and food industries.

Operating temperature: from - 200 ° С to + 260 ° С.

Maximum pressure: 200 bar

DONIFLON® 2010 is structurally enhanced PTFE gasket sheet filled with hollow glass microbeads.  The material has excellent chemical resistance to a variety of chemical media, like DONIFLON® 900E, with the exception of hydrofluoric acid. This material has increased tensile strength compared to PTFE material. Its high compressive strength allows it to adapt very well to pressure-sensitive joints in ceramic, glass and plastic pipes or uneven flanges. The material is recommended for the pharmaceutical and food industries.

Operating temperature: from - 200 ° С to + 260 ° С.

DONIFLON® 2020 is an ePTFE gasket sheet filled with silicon dioxide. The material has excellent chemical resistance to various materials, as well as DONIFLON® 900E, it is recommended for inorganic acids in all concentrations, except for hydrofluoric acid. This material has increased tensile strength compared to plain PTFE material. The material is recommended for the pharmaceutical and food industries, as well as for LNG and cryogens.

DONIFLON® 2030 is a ePTFE gasket sheet filled with barium sulfate. The material has excellent chemical resistance to various chemical environments, it is especially recommended for strong alkaline solutions at moderate temperatures and hydrofluoric acid (up to 48%). This material has increased tensile strength compared to plain PTFE material.
