Both steam and chemical spills require additional safety, which is provided by special nozzles and connections. However, connecting them often takes a long time. When quick connections are required that at the same time offer increased safety, TD couplings are used, which are a quick and drip-free steam connection. Although dry joints exist to provide safety in the event of sudden breaks, their design does not allow the use of steam. For steam systems, a fast TD connection is used, which is convenient in operation.
The connection uses the parts "mother" and "father", which are fixed by turning. A special switch is used to remove steam condensate. Typically used in the chemical and food industries, as well as in tank filling systems.

Pressure resistance: 6-18 bar.

Working fluids: boiling liquid or steam.
