What is silicone sponge sheeting?
Whatever type of sponge silicone sheeting you require, TMS is here to help. With over 2000 silicone formulations we are confident that we have a silicone material that will meet your requirements.

TMS silicone sponge sheeting offers excellent compression properties when used to produce gaskets and seals, especially where the sealing surface is not smooth. The sponge gives excellent sealing properties from water and dust ingress therefore providing protection to the application.

Processed on calendared production lines and controlled by modern technologies such as our new re-roll and cross cutting units, the flatness and widths of the sponge sheeting stays consistent to give a high quality finish.

Our closed cell silicone sponge sheeting can be bought in continuous rolls and/or sheets in a range of densities and thicknesses.

What are the benefits?
TMS sponge sheeting provides the best quality in continuous rolls. Sponge sheeting is often used to produce gaskets and seals where excellent compression properties are required.
Manufactured in a range of thicknesses from 0.8mm to 12.5mm in rolls, up to 50mm in sheets.
Up to 1100mm wide
Closed cell
Excellent Ozone and UV resistance
Offered in densities ranging from 200 kg/m3 (very soft) to 530 kg/m3 (Firm)
Available in white, riox and dark grey as standard
Colour matching is limited due to the cellular properties of sponge materials
Thermally stable over a wide range of temperatures (-60°C to 230°C)
