Flange clamp ("SIGMA")

For large hoses, the connection is made using a flange pipe. Such a nozzle is often welded to the pipe to which the hose is to be attached, often without suitable clamps. In addition, at a pressure of 10 bar or more, there are no suitable safety clamps or presses capable of compressing the sheath even though a sheath of this diameter can be made. In this case the flange clamp "SIGMA" is used, which consists of sawn flange sides, to each of which a safety clamp is welded. Therefore no clamp is required as the part is fixed to the pipe with rim screws. It is an excellent solution for large diameter pipes and hoses, especially at high operating pressures.
