Slings

The slings are used to handle hoses, to help prevent crushing, kinking and cutting of hoses.
This is achieved by evenly dividing the load in the hose width.

For heavy duty loading and unloading hoses, it is advisable to use at least one wide supporting sling for a maximum length of 6 meters and an internal diameter of 100 mm to 300 mm. Longer hoses should use at least two wide support slings for the hose and, if they are more than 200 mm in diameter, so-called "saddle" is required.
